Material Testing Technicians and Drillers Labor Relations Alliance
The Material Testing Technicians and Drillers Labor Relations Alliance (“Alliance”) is comprised of member companies that provide professional design, engineering, materials testing and drilling services to the highway construction industry, private construction industry and public construction agencies. The Alliance works to protect, improve and promote the construction industry. The Alliance provides information, education and networking opportunities to its members.

News
The homepage of the new Alliance website includes a mechanism for Alliance members to report grievance activity using the tab found in the "Contact" menu box in the upper left hand corner of the website. In addition, the Alliance is attempting to gather information from members regarding work lost to non-union firms. Please take the time to report both grievance activity and lost work using these tools so that the Alliance can track such information and provide assistance when appropriate and possible. Information submitted will only be shared with the Board of Directors, unless you agree otherwise.
Labor Negotiations
The Alliance successfully negotiated a new five (5) year contract with the Union. The new contract term is March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2028.
